Order Confirmations

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email confirms that your order has been received and is being processed.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@ifunny.store.

Please review your order confirmation carefully. We are not responsible for errors in shipping address, product selection, or order details that were entered incorrectly by the customer.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or combined with other orders.

Pre-Orders & Presale Items

From time to time, we may offer products on a pre-order or presale basis. If you purchase a pre-order item, this means the item is not yet in stock and will ship at a later date.

In some cases, we may have merchandise available in stock but, once sold out, will continue to take orders on a presale basis. When an item moves to presale status, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. By purchasing a presale item, you agree that the item is not immediately available for shipment and will ship once restocked.

Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order and presale items will be listed on the product page. These estimates are subject to change based on production schedules, supply chain delays, or other factors outside of our control.

If your order contains both pre-order/presale and in‑stock items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre‑order/presale item is ready. We do not split shipments.

All pre‑order and presale sales are final. Pre‑order and presale items cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once the order is placed.
