No Refunds
We only accept returns and exchanges if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:
- Change of Mind
- Accidental Orders
- Any reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect item
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or return:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- Whenever possible, returns should be shipped back in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
Process
To request an exchange or return, contact us at support@ifunny.store with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photo evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
We will review your request within 3–5 business days.
If approved:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship you a replacement item.
Returned items must be packaged securely. Use the original packaging whenever possible.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if an exchange or return has not been authorized.
Prepaid shipping labels are provided only in verified cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item.
